ABOUT STEELLET

Built to outlast
the device era.

Steellet began with a narrow question: how can the root of a digital wallet survive fire, water, software failure, and the disappearance of a vendor? The answer became a mechanical object made to be read, verified, and kept.

01

Physical first

The recovery material is steel. No battery, firmware, cloud account, or proprietary reader is required.

02

Open recovery

The product preserves standard BIP39 entropy, so recovery does not depend on Steellet remaining in business.

03

Verify everything

The encoding is visible and can be checked layer by layer before the vault is closed.

THE PEOPLE

A small team around a very long-term object.

Steellet brings together product direction, mechanical prototyping, security research, and manufacturing. We only publish individual profiles after each person’s role and portrait are approved.

Founder / Product direction

Mir Soheil Nikzad

Blockchain product builder and founder of OPEX.DEV. His earlier work includes open-source exchange infrastructure, crypto education, and the first Bitcoin ATM developed in Iran.

MechanicalProduct engineering

Layer geometry, materials, tolerances, and repeatable assembly.

SecurityRecovery systems

BIP39 mapping, verification procedures, and offline tooling.

CraftManufacturing

Machining, finishing, engraving, and physical quality control.

SUPPORTED BY

Steellet was incubated with the support and affection of MoneyLab, a blockchain studio active since 2012.

Durable by material.
Independent by design.
